Matt, Solly and Martin as goal-keeper all made debut appearances. Congratulations to all of them for their contribution to the match.

We had a very new line-up for the team which made it difficult to hold our shape. However, we held our own for large parts of the game.

With an unfortunate own goal early and a late penalty against, the score-line did not accurately reflect the balance of play. Adams' well-taken penalty helped to balance the scoresheet.

Thanks to every-body for their effort and commitment, and also for being willing to turn out on a Sunday morning !

The game was played in a good friendly spirit throughout, and thanks to our hosts for their hospitality. We look forward to a return fixture.
